Stuck and Not Really Enjoying Your Life

Stuck and Not Really Enjoying Your Life. By Todd McKeever
If you're anything like me, you have probably been once or twice not too thrilled with your
season of life. In fact, you might be downright unhappy with the way things have turned out for a
particular season.

My daughter when she was in Kindergarten use to have a saying that her teacher would teach
all the kids, “You get what you get, and you don't throw a fit”. So much wisdom in that simple
little saying. No matter how much I may complain or wish for something else, the fact remains
that I have what I have.

And that's not a bad thing.

Paul, in Philippians 4:12, says that he has learned the secret of being content in any and every
situation. And the key to his contentment is his unwavering faith.

No matter what life throws our way, we can find contentment if our faith is strong and our focus
is on God. So rather than focus on what we don't have, let's be thankful for what we do have
and trust that God will provide everything we need.

Unwavering faith is the key to contentment.

When we are content, we are able to see the blessings in our lives rather than the problems.
We can find peace and joy, even in the midst of difficult circumstances.

If you're struggling to find contentment in your life, here are a few things that might help:

1. Pray and ask God to help you see the blessings in your life.
2. Make a list of things you're thankful for.
3. Focus on God and His goodness, rather than on your problems.
4. Remember that this life is temporary and focus on what's ahead in eternity.

Contentment is possible, even in the midst of difficult circumstances. With God's help, we can
find contentment and peace in every season of life.

Trusting God will provide everything we need to being content.

So let's focus on God and His goodness, rather than on our problems. And let's be thankful for
all the blessings we have, even in the midst of difficult seasons. We need to see how since the
beginning God has always had our best interest in mind and has never left any of us behind.

Praying and asking God to help us see the blessings in our lives is a great first step. Oftentimes
the people that God has put in our lives really are the start of those blessings. Try and focus on
spending time with people who are content and let them encourage you. Soon, you'll be on your
way to finding contentment in every season of your life!

Life is not always exciting. It’s not always easy. It’s not always fair. It’s not always overflowing
with opportunity and adventure. Consequently, we’re all going to feel a sense of unhappiness or
discontentment from time to time. But we don’t have to stay stuck there. Unwavering faith is the
key to contentment.

When we have strong faith, we can be content in any situation because we know that God is in
control. We may not always understand why things happen the way they do, but we can trust
that God is good and He will work everything out for our good. (Romans 8:28)

If you’re feeling stuck and unhappy with your life, don’t lose hope. Take a step of faith and trust
that God will lead you to a place of contentment and peace.

Contentment is not something that we achieve on our own. It’s a gift from God that comes
through faith. So if you’re struggling to find contentment, ask God to help you. He will give you
the strength and wisdom you need to be content in every season of your life.

Now What?

Remember, unwavering faith is the key to contentment. No matter what life throws our way, we
can find contentment if our faith is strong and our focus is on God. So rather than focus on what
we don't have, let's be thankful for what we do have and trust that God will provide everything
we need. With God's help, we can find contentment and peace in every season of life. If you're
struggling to find contentment, pray and ask God to help you see the blessings in your life.
Make a list of things you're thankful for. Focus on God and His goodness, rather than on your
problems. Remember that this life is temporary and focus on what's ahead in eternity.
Unwavering faith is the key to contentment.

That is the great thing Dawn, we all have gone through them and come out victorious with the help of God. This is a great proven history to count on anytime we find ourselves in one of those type of seasons.
